Shipping

All domestic shipping (USA) is fulfilled by the United States Postal Service via first class mail. Your package will ship within 2 business days and you will receive a tracking number to let you know when your creature will arrive!

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

Currently, all sales are final, and returns/exchanges are not accepted.

If your creature was damaged during shipping or there was an issue with fulfilling your order, please contact me within 72 hours of receiving your order and we can work together on a solution including repairs or refunds.

If your creature is damaged or broken in any way after 72 hours, don’t worry! Your phyree has reverted to a wim (an invisible spirit creature) and can be retrieved if you like. I offer a repair/replacement service for a commission fee depending on the damage (covers shipping back to my workshop and repair or replacement) so that you can have your friend back in tip-top shape! Just contact me and we can discuss your options.
